An affirmation is a statement of intent, it’s a way of affirming something to be true, as if it already is. We use affirmations to put words to a vision we have for ourselves, and also help challenge or over ride negative thoughts. When repeated often enough we start a new and empowering belief system, which creates positive changes in our life.  

These beautiful monochrome cards are double sided. One side has an affirmation and the other side has a quote purposely selected to support the affirmation.
